They artificially “made me” a TARGET so they can run their program from an (1) Illegal one to a (2) legal one with Department of Justice. Even wrangled in my Sister into their mess by giving her a job. I can’t get medical care, i can’t good representation…

I was driving to Wisconsin to get away from all of the people… After almost a two years of being attacked across multiple channels and hospitals (cut off my care). My health was being impacted, my ability to get a job cut off (LinkedIn), My Social Media Hacked, Car Hacked (Remote take overs), Facebook & Instagram (took over by “Tar Pick Tim’s”) and they blocked me from logging in. Cars.com – sends me threats when their system doesn’t work (Allstate partner), They Infiltrated the Local DOJ to have my phone tapped (Verizon), worked with Match.com to put people in my life and feed that intel back to my ex Fiancé’(?) AND continued their assault on someone that (1) Has a known disability, (2) and is Jewish.. 

1. On my way up, I had multiple “threatening vehicles” in transit – arity was measuring how I reacted via telematics (start’s stops, locations, acceleration, and more) pushing and Pulling levers behind the scenes (even “so sad to” have billboard making fun of my condition). They would take over my vehicle, phone, and at home and across all aspects of my life, for others to witness and sell it as “community”. You don’t do this to disabled people. Now, even as I type they had a group of deaf people in on this too and shaping their thoughts… These people are so fucked up… on so many levels. 

2. I stopped at Culver’s to get some food in Kenosha and called my family to see how my dog was not doing – I didn’t fell safe in Illinois. My neighbor just came over and said she was gong to make my life a living hell. I was already going through Hell with a MS flare! Yukon (my dog) was not doing well and decided to come back into Illinois. When leaving Culver’s, a car front-followed me out of the Culver's and wedged me between an oncoming semi and traffic with an IL SNA vehicle. 

I told the arresting officer that I was targeted and stalked but they do not listen to me and proceeded with the arrest after multiple years of “abuse” behind the scenes – playing both sides. My lawyers never get the tapes on purpose. Others did, and knew what they were up against and pushed this case up to Kenosha. Then fabricated a “pending” investigation.

NOTE: Any cop or person with ONE brain cell and kindergarten level of investigative skills would ask, why was a girl named “Jamie” driving a truck with an SNA plate, when neither of “their names” have anything to do with “SNA”  (sure they figured that story out now) and a guy “who claims he ran digital design for the third largest automotive says he is being targeted and vehicle taken over in Lake County” And in “SNA” Orange County (family has a home) people were chasing him around and stalking him there too?  COME ON!

PURE MAYHEM… 

Now when going to Culver’s they hand me 86 numbers out their window but now the “Director” can threaten a president with this, so that’s okay, right? NO, NOT AT ALL.  Arity monitors drive-throughs and more with telematics data to track consumer behaviors. And COPS don’t do a thing who are on the Allstate “BLUE” payroll. My ex told me it is not illegal to be an asshole … They shaped her thoughts “too” by giving her “their docs” ON ”their payroll”…

AND HOW DID ALLSTATE GET THE INTELLIGENCE OF MY ARREST WITHOUT IT BEING PUBLIC YET… EXACTLY!!! 

1. The Illinois State Police and Buffalo Grove Police came in full armor (Swat style gear) at my house. They asked me to step outside. They had me walk out to my vehicle within viewing distance of my neighbors New Ring Doorbell (and neighbors) arrest me in front of my family – I had no prior record. They asked if they can search my car and said no. They asked if there was a gun in car and I said yes, it was in the RAM box broken down as found. Illinois state police put handcuffs on me and arrested me. I asked them to loosen the cuffs and they denied it. I told them that I am sensitive to that kind of stuff with my disability but the cop of (3 years) denied. 

               Buffalo Grove Police, IL State Police, Allstate/Arity...and more. 

1. They took me to Gurnee offsite location by the highway where I told ISP that I was stalked and targeted and had to go DHS and these people followed me. They towed my car, then got a warrant and found the gun, exactly where I said it was (broken down) in the Ram box. 

I told them exactly… what was happening to me and how they were stalking me and being targeted and running a full on assault to destroy me.

1. When returning to pick up my vehicle, my right mirror was up. I found this odd.
2. Illinois State Police sends a letter about the incident and to relinquish my firearm rights. No items would warrant that type of degrading letter. I wasn’t displaying any behaviors that would lead to this treatment from the ISP,.

Section 10.0: Lawyer Selection – CRIMINAL LAWYER (David Weinstein). 

David Weinstein is chosen as my lawyer to represent me after googling him. 

NOTES: (A) He never requested the videos of my questioning from ISP. (B) The search of my vehicle would show that the fire-arm was found broken down in RAM Box. (C) Never followed up with Wisconsin (Requested), and (D) Search of my car and video when they flipped up my right side mirror. (E) Questioning that occurred during arrest, when I told them that I was targeted and stalked. (F) Stop in Buffalo Grove on Deerfield Rd prior to all of this. 

 I would constantly have to follow up and get dates, etc. Allstate was tracking me the whole time and wanted to make me out as a criminal to justify the weaponization of These technologies with (McKinsey).

COURT APPEARANCES: 

1. The first appearance: I recall David having a gift bag when arriving, which I found odd but proceeded to head upstairs. I wouldn’t associate gifts of any matter in an Illinois court room (I wouldn’t associate any gifts in Illinois court). I entered the court room and recall a lawyer on the “defense side” speaking loudly about how he worked for Regan when he got shot. He kept repeating it a couple times in a loud fashion, like he wanted everyone to hear. I entered in a plea of not guilty and the judge said I can proceed on zoom for the following sessions
2. The second appearance, I ended up showing up and not zoom. I prefer to do things in person with my technology being hacked. The court has technical difficulties and the judge postponed court momentarily and we proceeded. The talk to the Judge and another date is issued. “Victim” was present and Scarface shirt was (directly) in-front that I found odd attire for court. (David kept minimizing the infraction and said the real criminals are upstairs). My mom was present too.

ICE MOVES TO MINNESOTA TO FOCUS THEIR EFFORT ON “FRAUD”. “WINNESOTA” TRUCK SHOWS UP IN WAUKEGAN. I HEAD BACK TO CALIFORNIA AFTER A CAR IS PARKED IN NORTHBROOK,IL HOTEL.THEY WON’T STOP FOLLOWING AND STALING ME… AND TO SEE IF THIS IS A PLACE I WANT TO LIVE SINCE THEY CUT OFF MY HEALTH CARE IN ILLINOIS. IT’S ALL ABOUT ILLEGALS AND UNREGULATED INSURANCE (RENTERS & HOME). LAKE COUNTY WANTS THIS FOR THE REVENUE . 

1. The Third Appearance: Good News David says, Judge might be changing and says this can be good for your case (okay ?). David conducts a closed court meeting with the judge and tells me to wait outside to show him some evidence regarding the background and presents a couple items to the judge on on my behalf. Nothing Happens. I leave and go home. Judge Ari Leaves (Lake County).
2. I meet in his office to let him know of additional items. I was obviously depressed and started to develop severe PTSD for everything. He casually mentions that he just got back from the federal building in conversation (odd)?  

GUNS HELD TO MY HEAD:

1. Two more appearances now appears to be mandatory in person and more back and forward with David. It appears that my request from ISP or Buffalo Grove was never requested. He starts to become agitated (threatens to withdrawl). David says that you might want to take a plea, It’s not an admission of guilt and wont be on my record which is false and not accurate after I learned later.  Tone changes around the case. 

THEN KENOSHA ISSUES A WARRANT AT THIS TIME. 

NO LETTER OR NOTING (DETAILS IN FOLLOWING SECTION).

1. Next appearance, On the day I was going to give a plea (Beth’s IPhone – My Ex) was on the zoom call – Yep, My EX. I don’t believe this was by coincidence. There are no checks in place to see who is on zoom and anyone can just hop on. I witness the judge asking multiple times who is on the zoom. I asked him to extend my plea and request was granted.
2. Out of the blue, David calls and said I missed court and everyone is here? I don’t recall that date and even checked in and was more proactive than him throughout. No Date was ever communicated to me about this court appearance. I would constantly call him to ask when it was and “where are the tapes – standard procedure in any case.

My lawyer told me that If I don’t sign this, (1) I would be going in one door and you would be going to jail and that (2) I wouldn’t get food medical care knowing that I already have been cut off (By Allstate and friends) this was showed to me when they put me in Jail already – Conditions were awful for being one of the richest counties in the country! They are one “FISH” in a sea of many…  And I had no record prior. AND I AM NO RAT!

4. Buffalo Grove Police department fingerprinted took my mug shot taken and I was transferred to Waukegan, IL (Lake County) 20 minutes from Kenosha.  item.

1. I was put in a car and transported to Lake County, Jail for holding. I had no criminal background prior to this and this was set-up. The office pulled up to jail and had none of the transferring documentation regarding this case (all he had to do was write a ticket). They were waiting to have people inside.
2. When getting their, a “LifeSize Skeleton” was on the back of White Jeep which was later to be confirmed as someone that worked at the Lake County Jail. I mentioned to the officer to take a look as this is intimidation with my connection to Jeep. Previously, the same skeleton was on a Silver Audi wagon (sitting on top) were the police officer would surveil. When I finally was released, the plate “Skeleton” shows up in Vernon Hills, in route shows up the following day.

Note: While in the car, I witnessed this officer taking pictures on his “personal phone of private information on his computer. About thirty minutes pass and another BG officer to what could appear to be just a ticket that he could of written himself. 

When arriving at the Lake County they mentioned that I would be in holding for a short time (maybe over the weekend, if they are busy on Friday) for transport up to Kenosha. It was a Thursday night. Mr. Marc Curran (Former Lake County Sheriff arrived at the Jail – no clue of his past position and told me that David spoke to him and that he would be my attorney for this case.

1. Thursday, I called my mom from Jail and had to provide *voice recognition in order to make the phone call. This was the ONLY way someone can make a phone to their attorney or family. A mug shot was taken and publicized for outstanding warrant, and a fugitive from the law.
2. Friday,, I had to go in front of the judge? David Weinstein, (Lake County Criminal Attorney) was present at the court hearing. He mentioned that I can be “in holding” for up to 45 days before they have to legally pick me up (I don’t recall the exact number but believe that was it). I was in handcuffs, jumpsuit, and stood their silently as David spoke with the judge on my behalf. He mentioned at that time that most of these are here for warrants and pointed to the two Lincolnshire officers, and said just to remain quiet in front of the judge and he will speak.
3. I was put back in the holding cell and I called my mom to try to get me out of here and said she was in contact with Mr. Curran and couldn’t figure out a way out at the time too? I spoke with an internal officer and she said all they usually need to do is to release the bond in the computer system.” 
4. I spoke to my mom and told her to call Kenosha and see if she can just post bail since that was the real issue here but it appears that two lawyer’s – Clerk of Lake County husband and the former Lake County Sheriff couldn’t figure that out, nor act on behalf to get me out of here. I told her to call Kenosha and they said she can post bail and started to drive up on behalf.  
5. I was then transferred outside of holding to more permanent are of the jail. In the cell there was a Jesus handout (I’m Jewish) that I found odd but looking back it is was not. Curran started that program at Lake County. They made me watch two videos on expectations of my time their. The first one was about 5 minutes long on protecting yourself from jail rape instilling more fear and intimidation over protection (IMO - Just more of their control). A pattern that I witnessed by the Jeep wrangler parked at the entrance with Skeleton when brought in and subsequent one in the parking lot across the street and in route “Skeleton“ plate the next day. 
6. They gave me a tablet that has VOIP as way to make phone calls. The only way this can be activated is by giving your * facial recognition. Once again, no consent and no way to remove after use. Shortly after I was released. I called David and he was shocked to her I got out.

• Violation of Illinois Biometric Laws and Federal Law. There was no way for me to Opt in or Opt Out to remove this.  

Note: While in the UPSTAIRS court, there were serious crimes (20 years for ghost guns loaded with children present, drugs: cocaine, meth, etc. I’m shaking my head, what the hell am I doing here. I’m A DISABLED designer that brought up a huge violation of national security with my vehicle – With MANY in lake county responsible… …. INCLUDING LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Now, I ‘m being targeted with the gross interception of these technologies by bad corporate actors & institutions for their weaponization. This Is exactly why I went to DHS DURING THE Myorkis Administration (Gone). Kristine (Gone)!!! 

LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS

Section 12.0: 1st Drop & Introductions.

1. After entering in my plea David told me to go over to the parole officers offices about a 3 minute walk. There was an individual in their with a Oregon “Ducks” hoodie that was waiting in their (Planned). I sparked up a small conversation with him and asked about Eugene OR. He obviously has never been their. He said he has never been and someone gave him this hoodie and was their for not paying a fee. This individual followed me in the drop area and we both took a drug test. A couple days prior and afterwards Allstate Airs their Ducks commercial on my YouTube TV. Sidenote: Feds from Oregon were in AZ. 
2. They handed me a couple forms to fill out prior to drop. I signed a plea for supervision but when I got there a document for “Community Supervision” was issued to me. I don’t believe that I signed up for the “Community” supervision. I also told him and the judge that I was threatened to sign it too. 

Illinois Court transcripts & records would confirm this.

1. I told the parole officer that I would be for cannabis as seen in my and was using it for pain. He said to just get a doctor’s note and he would have to bring it to the judge. 

Later that night, a car trolled me with “HAHA” on it. This is not by chance. It Is Allstate laughing at the mayhem they cause, the torture the put me through, and selling their Community Supervision to law enforcement and (FIFA) World Cup. Giving the Cancer and Selling the cure. Playing both sides including law enforcement, doj, holllywood, and more. 

As part of my condition to supervision, I was told to get a mental health evaluation. I told my family verbatim what would happed that (1) there would be a car at the entrance and then (2) intake person would person would be in on it. 

Note: Allstate planted doctors in other institutions that I’ve been to in the past and sold it to theJapanese and wrangled everyone into their mess and…i mean everyone! From Hollywood to the Whitehouse.  Some unknowingly. Together or 86’’d

And sure enough… A black tesla with TUX on it at the entrance and  before “even speaking to her“ she a pre-filled out form that said involuntary “Judge Order” to commit and a BEE award. I told her to flip over her badge and her face says it all.

I take off to Texas to try to medical care outside of and Illinois plays games with my insurance. When arriving in Dallas they trigger the alarm of a LAZ parking garage to mess with me. “Warning you are being monitored” Come on…  Parole Officer calls later and recommends Lincoln Recovery while I wait, I  sent him the proof of me getting treatment – obviously impacted by this whole mess and “other things” (PTSD). I leave Texas and attempt to go to Lincoln. When getting there, the same DUX plate shows up. 

Still to this day, Ive been not been able to get adequate help for my Severe PTSD and Depression without someone showing up and playing games. It’s sooooo currupt – from the judicial system to the medical system. They even had a plate that said “phyops” to mess with me in Barrington. These are very sick people and belong behind bars, and institutions, not me. I need some good therapy right now away from all these ass holes. 100%

THE STATE OF WISCONSIN VS HARLAN DOUGLAS

Section 13.0: CRIMINAL LAWYER (MARC CURRAN). 

Marc Curran remains my attorney. I don’t know others in Wisconsin and appears most of them are paid off after an “influx of money” went up their during the 2024 election.

Allstate had people in Tucson and had my medical records(That is really what they are covering up). BG got the leaked info from their NWU program and as a DHS authenticated department. THE ANSWER LIES IN TUCSON…. MANY OTHERS WHERE THERE TOO. 

Section 13.1: COURT APPEARANCES: 

1. The first appearance: The two people come in the waiting room and the “Victim” enters the waiting room in the lower jail. A person walks in with a AD & HD shirt (Dual Meaning here) looks at and laughs. She has a group of kids with her and did not appear to actually be there for any other purpose than to sit in on the court appearances. Gig driver were dong the same harassing me. I watch Jamie look at him and laugh at his shirt. I am with my mom at this time (MS). Marc Curran walks and we await our turn in court. 
2. Enter the court holding and viewing are in Kenosha County Court. A Latino comes in a full Dallas Cowboys attire and walks into the internal holding area of the court. (Allstate & Arity is out of Dallas). They start the proceeding and the courtroom and the officer immediately takes my walking stick away (I’m Handicapped) and going through a MS flare at the time. 
3. The victim gives their side of the argument and says he even a “gun”. At this point, I believe my attorney, Marc Curran should of stepped in and said that was not in the State of Wisconsin and should not be taken in consideration in this case. The “Victim” also changed her written statement to that they “saw me” now which is different from what was stated in the Illinois case – just my car to ensure that they have a solid case and put me away. 
4. At this time my neighbors starts showing up at my house more frequently. He has a Dallas cowboys license plate along with it hanging on his rear view mirror. This individual became threatening to me and would just stare at the end of the drive way as a way to intimidate me. I would not stay at my home due to him and his mother’s actions and threats to make my life a living a hell, prior to being arrested in Illinois. I was already going hell with MS. I had no record prior to her comment. .  

Section 13.2: COURT APPEARANCES:

1. The second appearance, Marc tells me to meet him in the same courtroom. We were a couple minutes late and I ended up moving to the main court room, where I meet Judge Hughes. There was one other person in their (Male, white shirt, brown hair – have additional details if needed) and victim support person for Jamie (Driver). We enter a plea. Same victim support woman in Lake County was at my doctors office in Skokie prior to all of this. I have a photographic memory... More on that later. 
2. The third time, I wrote a letter that I was out of town trying to get medical help and had my mom call. Marc did call back. The court has no record of me even having an attorney on file? Judge issues a bench warrant. Marc enters as my lawyer (6 days prior - flip it you get 9) and pulls out as my attorney. Motorola has a history being from Libertyville, Il while Marc was the Sheriff. Curran trucks start road construction by my boat in Wauconda (Route 176). I move my boat to another self storage. Next to it was a small fishing boat with a blank tire cover. They later put a tire cover of “FISH bones” on it to reiterate the threat at the hotel next to the federal building in Detroit prior to DHS (Round II) With Knifes hanging off the bag and the label “FISH” in big letters. I get back to Illinois and RED feet hanging out of trunk in Lincolnshire? I call Illinois State police and they do nothing!!! This is exactly what DHS told me what to do?

Also at this time my neighbor moves out and another moves in with threatening messages to my mother…They got their kitchen redone and moved out. (For another time) What is important here is that they are not only threatening me they are now starting to indirectly threaten my family too. They left a mattress on their driveway when leaving and had items that only I would know prior to leaving at the foot of their garage. Then start playing got junk commercials about mattress specials with bananas. I mean how crazy are they. Ever hear of phone call?
